Shrub and tree on the north side of the property need to be pruned as they are taking over the sidewalk.
When it rains, water sheds to the west off the B-Line and drops sediment on the sidewalk along Kirkwood. The sediment deposit from the rain last week is still covering the sidewalk on the north side of Kirkwood.
This property immensely violates the City code regarding overgrowth of the yard and landscaping. In fact, the public sidewalk attached to this property that runs along 16th Street is practically impassable. There is barely a walkable path where the sidewalk should be.
