As a long-time rental tenant at 612 N. Lincoln St., I and the neighbor with whom I share this property have been cited at least twice in the past for garbage/public cleanliness violations. Having come home last night from a weekend out of town, I was shocked to see two enormous bags of trash from my neighbors at 610 N. Lincoln St. strewn across the sidewalk in front of my house and down the alley in between our houses. Upon returning home from a long day of work just a moment ago, I have to express my disgust that nothing's been done about it. For a department that is apparently very diligent, it surprises me that this would go unnoticed and uncited. Please send someone to investigate my complaint and cite them, as you have me. This property immensely violates the City code regarding overgrowth of the yard and landscaping. In fact, the public sidewalk attached to this property that runs along 16th Street is practically impassable. There is barely a walkable path where the sidewalk should be.

Vegetation is growing over the sidewalk on the Maple Street side of house. Sidewalk is impassible the entire length. You have to walk out in the street. Looks terrible and is a safety issue.

Overgrowth at the stop sign. Covering a portion of the sidewalk. Intersection of 6th & Maple. The overgrowth is at south east corner of the intersection.

Grass is about a foot tall and the trees on the east side of the property need trimming as you no longer can walk on the sidewalk as the branches hit you in the face.
