This person has complained about the line of sight issue along Highland between 1st and East Maxwell Lane. He walks along these streets and states that the cars park to close to the sidewalk in the parking lots and the bushes are overgrown. Would like this issue addressed.

Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.
