Complaint of insufficient and unclear construction signage. Is making it difficult to get into parking lot where she works and sometimes forces her to take one way streets the wrong direction in order to access parking lot.
Eastbound traffic is reported as often blowing through the stop sign - either not noticing it and/or unable to anticipate it, creating unsafe conditions at the intersection.
Between Jefferson & Roosevelt on 4th Street someone has let vegetation grow up over fence row and is blocking sidewalk
4th Street t's into walking path between Roosevelt & Jefferson. Is grown up with weeds. Wants it cut back.

This person has complained about the line of sight issue along Highland between 1st and East Maxwell Lane. He walks along these streets and states that the cars park to close to the sidewalk in the parking lots and the bushes are overgrown. Would like this issue addressed.
Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.

Citizen called, wanted to stay anonymous, reporting dangerous behavior by road crew working on Old 46. Drove toward her in her lane, head-on.
