Prior to the recent construction at this intersection, the storm sewer drains on both sides of Fess just north of 12th Street were covered with thick, fibrous mats, ostensibly to prevent gravel from washing down there during the project. Now that the construction is complete, should those mats now be removed?

Sidewalk has been blocked for DAYS with barricades on 3rd street between Walnut and Washington. This is a route to Transit and the Police Station. There are limbs blocking view of school buses
A citizen called in and explained that a curb in this area caused damage to their tire and has caused damage to others. She wanted to make sure it was reported. She said it was near the first speed bump on Morningside, right off Smith Road. She's already been informed of how to file a tort claim for the incident.
