During the year, likely due to heavy construction equipment near my house the street to get to parking has become dilapidated. At this point whenever I pull into my driveway, the bottom of my car is hitting the ground and potentially being damaged.
Clarification for case #199848: We believe the report was meant for 415 E. 10th. The people involved with the demolition are *very* amateurish - blocking traffic by running out in the street, and the bucket used to tear down the building almost fell over a couple times. hould have been done more systematic so that some of the materials could have been saved. Invasive plants (bush honeysuckle?)on NW corner of property along Cottage Grove have grown out so far that the sidewalk is almost unusable. A wheelchair could probably not easily navigate it without getting stuck in the grass of the ROW. Should be trimmed back to property line, at least.
Tree in the front yard has branches hanging down over the sidewalk. Owner needs to trim the branches.
