The prior uReport was finalized by saying the issue was mitigated. I walked by this morning and it hasn't been mitigated. The missing sidewalk is on the west side of Sare Rd about 200 yards south of Moore's. It's across the street from the Verona Coffee shop. Traffic is horrible on W. Third and W. Second going west to east. We have to go thru parking lots to get anywhere. Or, go all the way to 46. Lanes are closed off and no one is working.

Basketball hoop with pole on the shoulder knocked over very close to being over the white line off the highway. Blocks the shoulder and causes safety concern.

The overhang to Bubs burgers is far too low. As a tall person, I have to go around it and step into the road. Why are sidewalks discriminating against tall individuals? I pay taxes to maintain this area and deserve to be able to walk freely on that side of the street. -Randy

Mike Frey - 317-727-3371 Mike is the owner of Bub's on the corner of 9th Street and N. Morton. The last parking spot on 9th street before you hit Morton has been turned in to a handicap space. According to Mike this space is on a hefty incline that was once riddles with pot holes. He stated that it is smooth, but that it is not an accessible space by any means being on a hill. He would like someone to reach out to him. Thank you!

The new ped x-walk near Smith Rd and Hwy 45 seems to go off when no one is around. also, from clear to blinking red means about to turn red. but once red, it then goes to blinking red. what does that mean? can i do then, or do i need to wait until the blinking stops. signage is unclear on the meaning of the signals.

High winds caused a tree from the common area to come down and is blocking the sidewalk.

Leaving an oversized vehicle and stacks of lumber blocking half of the street is unsafe for vehicles and pedestrians in this neighborhood. Lumber and steel are also blocking a sidewalk, but I was only able to attach one picture. There are vacant lots available to store construction materials which would not be a hazard to residents and visitors.
