53-08-05-202-018.307-009 Legal description of overgrown lot, property to east of 1635 W. 3rd Street. Continuous problem.
Trees overgrown and blocking bike path just east of bypass and just north of underpass.
Tree plots overgrown and full of weeds
Excessive growth at 315 & 317 E University which is covering the sidewalks
large bush on corner of property is very overgrown and interferes with ability to see oncoming traffic out of turn
The bushes block, the sidewalk, and when they’re wet it’s not very nice
Hillsdale Ct/Drive - Invasives in ROW near stop sign. • White mulberry (Morus alba) • Rose of Sharon • Sweet autumn clematis & Asian bush honeysuckle (Lonicera maacki) attacking an otherwise healthy silver maple.
Recurring problem. See #184772, #177627, #184699, #184577, etc. Actual address not clear, as it is on the property line of two lots. Plants are overgrown into the sidewalk along the south side of Cottage Grove just east of Grant Street. Pedestrians need to use that side of the street to avoid the fraternity in the apartment building on the north side of the street.
Not sure of address - might be both houses - but the shrubs on the north side of the properties here have grown large by the sidewalk and make it difficult to navigate without stepping to the side and walking on the grass. Definitely not ADA compliant at present.
323 S Davidson St Growth from bushes hanging over alley drags on roofs vehicles as they pass through alley.
