Good Morning, There are two Downtown Bloomington signs located on the north and south end of the sidewalk between College Avenue and the Justice Building at 301 North College. Unfortunately, they have lost their luster, the anchoring points are looking suspect and they are impeding the maintenance teams ability to remove snow. I believe these signs are located in the COB right-of-way and assume that there is a formal process to request relocation elsewhere. Preferably down the street in either direction. The trash can is placed so that a van that is parked in this spot can't use their ramp. Please move the trash can about 10 feet west and it will be fine. Thanks.

Weeds growing out and covering sidewalk on NW corner of property (Lincoln and alley intersection.)

Near SE corner of my lot, an asphalt patch that was applied during the fiber optic cable project has collapsed and is, more/less, a hole at the edge of clover lane. currently 5" to 10" deep and about 12" across. Without some attention, it will grow / get worse, and it is a safety issue for vehicles and pedestrians. Thanks for your assistance.
