Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers)

2421 N Skyline DR

Case Date:
7/2/2024

I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Property manager does not maintain sidewalk clearance. Passersby have removed obstructive invasive branches which remain piled in the yard. The tree in the photo has multiple invasive weeds that need to be removed as well as the tree trimmed back from the sidewalk. There is another tree north of this location that is in similar condition. I personally brought this to the attention of the property manager with no response. Hence turning to uReport. Thanks.
