10 bags of trash are scattered in front of property
I have noticed that the area around the intersection of W First and Walnut is becoming more and more littered with trash and pieces of clothing. I wonder if Shalom Center could send out some of its clients with a big bag and gloves to pick up trash every morning. It would be a great improvement.
The lot just west of the B Line parking lot on W Country Club Dr lets the grass grow without ever mowing it. It's not developed so I can understand why they don't want to mow it, but it is a very busy street and is extremely difficult to see vehicles approaching from the west when exiting if the grass has grown long, as it currently is. Can they be required to follow the grass length restrictions please.
Overgrown yard, blocking roadway
The garage belonging to 522 W. 4th Street--the garage that sits along Jackson St., has had mattresses/box springs piled against it for at least 6 weeks. There is also a pile of loose trash behind the garage that's been there for the same amount of time. That mess is an eyesore!!!
Large areas of everything growth this includes poison ivy.
Overgrowth
In this area lots of overgrowth growing on the sidewalk area. You can not see to get onto second street from the alley between 912 and 918 w 2nd. Plus trees are hanging low in that alley and scratching up cars. The sidewalk there needs some repairs done and really needs to be handicapped-accessible. The few will chairs that go through there have a really hard time getting over that. I'm sure there's many other places like that along that road.
