For motorists traveling south on Hawthorne, a 'long haired' bush on the north side of First St, just east of Hawthorne, obscures view of cars traveling west on First St. I travel this way each day and have had close calls when surprised by a westbound car as I was turning left on First when I thought it was clear to do so.
multiple empty lots on summitt st between 11th and cottage grove being used as encampment...massive garbage piles spilling out into street, fires burning in woods hazard to surrounding woods and homes catching fire
Temporary traffic sign on lawn for several days
Bush growth overtaken sidewalk, forcing pedestrians to walk into 10th st.
Caller said that this property set out a trash can by the alley and animals have knocked it over and made a mess. This has not been cleaned up and has been knocked over for a week.
There is a bunch of foliage that almost completely obstructs the sidewalk right along the property line between 113 and 125 E 10th St. I basically found myself walking through a bush last night at this spot while walking through the area. It's unclear which side of the property line the bush/plant/tree is on; it could very well be on both properties.
The back porch is full of trash. You must go down the alley to the west of the house, in order to see the trash.
trash spilling over into the alley. you can see it from the road
