I am writing to follow up on my concerns regarding the ongoing construction of the new house across from 1422 North Hopewell Street. As you know, North Hopewell Street is quite narrow and a dead end. For the past year, construction workers have frequently blocked the road, making it difficult for residents to enter or leave. The street is only wide enough for one vehicle, yet construction personnel routinely park directly in the middle of the road or park vehicles on both sides. This has even caused issues for the trash collection services. This has become a daily problem, often causing delays that have made me late for work as I have to wait for vehicles to be moved. Unfortunately, it seems that there is often a lack of consideration or urgency in resolving these obstructions. Furthermore, the property has already hosted several gatherings with insufficient parking, which has further increased the congestion on the street. There has been a wire drooping over this entrance to the neighborhood for weeks now. Duke came out and discovered it was not their wire and all they did was put a flag on it. This morning it is now making it impossible to drive through. it is on the ground. I have also contacted Comcast to see if it was there Hanging wire across the street and apparently they have not come out to do anything about it either. This morning it was fine and now it is blocking one of the two entrances to the neighborhood and the other entrance already has a lot of construction going on at it.

Apartment building by fire stone and fourth Street continues to except deliveries, blocking the road to Walnut Street on W 3rd & 4th

I live in a house on N Washington St where across the street everything is torn down and under construction for new apartments. If you're going from N Dunn st onto E 19th Street, my street is blocked off but if you go from N Walnut st onto E 19th st, there is access to my house. For the last few weeks I have not been receiving any mail and I may be missing out on bills, as well as a new security system. My home among other homes was robbed on my street, and it is important to my own safety that there is access to this road so I can receive this package. The Amazon truck can deliver to my house, but the last couple packages through USPS and DHL that were meant to come last Monday have shown unable to access delivery location twice now. I am really worried about this.

I haven’t gotten mail for two weeks. Please fix this. The Amazon delivery truck can make it so I’m not sure why no other delivery service can. This is an issue because me and multiple other houses have gotten robbed and I have a security system on the way.
