Significant trash on far east side of Clear Creek trail (lot of areas near encampments). I support people being allowed to lawfully camp but the City simply looking the other way in this location is not working. Give a legal right to camp but people are literally living there with substantial encampment items beyond a tent with sanitation and other issues. For now, please cite property owners or have Parks get the trash cleaned up that is sprawling everywhere beyond where the individuals are living. Thank you.
Cases Locations Report a problem open #174610 Excessive Growth: Other: On E First Street: low hanging branches over the sidewalk. The address of the house, though, is 713 Clifton. This case dates from February 1. When are you going to do something about it?
Hide-bed/sofa upside down on sidewalk @Smith Ave / Fairview across from church. Been there FOREVER! Spring cleanup time?
The Shalom center is trashing the surrounding community and it would be very nice if trash cans could be provided since the center won’t do anything to help. It’s in the streets, in the yards, everywhere.
Query the status of cases 174610 (Febr. 1) and 175275 (March 30): low hanging branches still hitting pedestrians in the face from a tree in the yard of 713 Clifton, but the branches are on E FIRST. Hope Michael Stewart can stop by and do something about this.
SE corner of S College Ave & W 1st St is overgrown and unsightly.
603 S Larkspur Lane.... lawn grass in excess of 8 inches... hasn't been mown this season.
811 and 908 S Larkspur have lawn grass in excess of 12 inches. 803 S Larkspur is now vacant and had trash left in driveway.
Good Morning! I'm writing concerning the intersection of the BLine Trail and Rogers St. I'm so very grateful for the new speed bump and warning signage that was added recently. It has really made a positive impact on the communication between all humans who cross that intersection whether they are in cars, on bikes, or on foot. I'm asking that some of the confusing signage that now exists be addressed and potentially have a blinking yellow crosswalk system added just like what was added at 4th St. and Rogers. When walking on the BLine trail, there are stop signs saying that cross traffic does not stop thus pedestrians assume cars won't stop. That is accurate. On Rogers, their are yellow warning signs that people may be in the crosswalk and most cars want to stop and let people cross. This creates some confusion as each entrance to the intersection people are expecting the others to not stop. Then there are cars who don't stop and just fly over the speed bump which adds to the confusion. I believe the addition of flashing yellow blinking bright lights that are initiated by the pedestrians crossing on the BLine trail would provide much more obvious and direct communication to the cars creating a safer crossing area. Please install the flashing yellow cross walk lighting like you did on 4th and Rogers at this intersection. Gratefully!
