The alley between Kirkwood and 6th street, connecting Elm and Waldron, is becoming increasingly impassable by trees and shrubs growing into it.

904 w 4th st. There are overgrown weeds stretching all the way across the sidewalk making the sidewalk impossible to use.

914 w 3rd st. Branches are overhanging the sidewalk making it difficult to walk on it without getting hit in the face.

The construction at the corner of 11th and Walnut of the new apartment building has left this area of Walnut hazardous and capable in inflicting vehicle damage even when travelling slowing, especially the utility cut across Walnut which has not been filled in to be even with the road surface. This is the same type of problem that existed at 11th and Rogers but is horizontal across the street instead of diagonal across the intersection. The problem at 11th was fixed but this one needs attention ASAP to prevent damage to vehicles and subsequent claims to the city for that damage. There are also breaks and holes and bumps in the pavement at the crest and going down the other side towards 12th street and so on. on 4th street between lincoln and washington, when i am walking beside that church, the grass is ok, but there are overgrown bushes and trees. can't walk that whole block unless you are short, especially when it rains & branches are sagging down lower than usual. i am referring to the 1/2 of that block from the middle of it over to lincoln. thanks

Sidewalk on east side of S. College Mall Rd. north of E Moores Pike is very over grown forcing walkers onto the grass/dirt, mud when wet.
