There is overgrowth reported extending to the roadway on the east side of South Highland Avenue where Wylie Street runs eastward into South Highland; the land itself is part of the Old Kinsey Estate.
Newly installed fencing is trashed pallets. What a bummer. This should not be allowed in the name of sustainability or reclaimed goods! New owners moved in and regardless of good intent, have immediately turned this upside down.
420 S Highland has sharp tree branches blocking the sidewalk at eye level.
Resident reported poor visibility due to overgrowth on the East side of Walnut Pike.
