# 180789, FIRST REPORTED JULY 28th, NOTHING has been done. Neighbors are now ripping off limbs and putting them in the middle of the sidewalk. Seriously, why has this issue not been taken care of. From almost the beginning of our neighborhood, all the way north to Acuff, the sidewalk has limbs and bushes growing over it. Make these people take care of their property.
The property's frontage is overgrown to the extent that you can't see a child or pets that might run down the street. When making a left turn to Roundhill from Shadow Grove, even an SUV has a hard time seeing if there's a car coming.

# 180789. It has been 1 month and nothing has changed. Except that school is back in session, and the BHSN boys and girls cross country teams try to run in our neighborhood. But it is very difficult, since tree limbs and bushes are growing over the sidewalk. We live in a.nice neighborhood and this is ridiculous. I will give it 1 more week before I get my chain saw and take care of it myself. Then I will send the city of Bloomington a Hefty bill.

I live at 2114 E. Rock Creek Drive, During Fiber installation between the street and sidewalk, the machinary that was used lifted my concrete pad making an uneven unsafe surface. This has not been repaired by the installers of the Fiber. Thanks for your attention to this matter and your response.
Reponse to Jane Fleig. If Hathaway Ct. is not a city street, what kind of street is it? we are all paying city taxes? You said the developer is still responsible for maintenance and issues. The developer went bankrupt and you, the city, let the developer's bond expire. So who's responsibility is it? I believe it is the city's. It's been turned over to you. 2nd email, NOTHING has been done in 4 weeks. 3 handicap people in neighborhood and can't walk because people will not trim the tree limbs and bushes. The sidewalk runs parallel to N.Kinser Pike and around the corner to W. Acuff. Ranges from 1102 W. Yellowwood Court , up to 1126 thru 1158 W.Sugarberry Court. THIS NEEDS TO GET DONE.
A large 'Envirosac' filled with waste concrete from a sidewalk repair has been sitting for weeks in the tree plot next to the sidewalk at 535 S. Wash. There is also a lot of gravel and other debris still covering the sidewalk in the repair area. It is a safety hazard, as well as making our neighborhood less attractive.
Overgrowth so severe the sidewalk is unusable for part of this section. The south side of Harmony School, on Second Street, isnt much better.
