Officer Jeff Alwine left a msg on my phone about trash behind Qiasar Rugs. Tenants have moved out and did not have enough containers for the trash so it is piled up in the alley. Sears and Son will not pick up trash outside the containers.

Lois complains of trash piled up on the side of the house. Lois believes the unattached building next to the house is also filled with garbage.
The area where we park on the side of the road (if coming off of 7th street heading towards 5th, on the right side) is pretty rutted up and turns into a big mud hole when it rains. It looks like it just needs more gravel.
