I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Tree on the east side over the sidewalk needs trimming as it hits one in the head when walking on the sidewalk.

Grass is about a foot tall and the trees on the east side of the property need trimming as you no longer can walk on the sidewalk as the branches hit you in the face.
