Recent construction of over-large building next to old stone church on Grant has caused drainage issues on the alley intersection between 9th and 10th, Grant and Lincoln. When it rains, a lake forms with nowhere for the water to go now. People who built the building should be required to fix this before winter.
There is a large bush at the front of this property which is growing over and obstructing the sidewalk on 10th street.

The N Walnut St area near N Fritz Dr where the two bump signs have been placed should be repaired as I try to avoid the offset of inches but, other drivers are not patient and feel they can pull on around vs tailgating. Thank you for reviewing lowering the speed if possible in this stretch with neighborhood roads and businesses.
Over a year ago, new water lines were installed along Brookdale to accommodate a new apartment complex on the west side of Kinser Pike. (Aspen Apts.) That construction dug up parts of the yards of the houses on Brookdale as well as part of the street itself. The street was never repaved and the areas that were covered up with dirt become muddy when it rains.
Approximate location. Poison Hemlock in ROW, infringing upon the asphalt. There is no room for a pedestrian to step out off the road without getting tangled up in the brush. No picture this time. Chronic issue in this location.
During the year, likely due to heavy construction equipment near my house the street to get to parking has become dilapidated. At this point whenever I pull into my driveway, the bottom of my car is hitting the ground and potentially being damaged.
Construction site workers have removed a portion of the dumpster enclosure on the alley, sitting at the NW corner of 325 E. 10th property parking lot. This left a dangerous 6" square hole where a support post had previous been. Not clear if the hole is on private property or in the alley, but it is dangerous now for people or small animals.
Clarification for case #199848: We believe the report was meant for 415 E. 10th. The people involved with the demolition are *very* amateurish - blocking traffic by running out in the street, and the bucket used to tear down the building almost fell over a couple times. hould have been done more systematic so that some of the materials could have been saved. Picture is on property of 206 s Fairview and looking east. Huge hole. Unclear if sinkhole as area of old quarry or if recent digging for fiber optic contributing. Hole is about 1 ft across and about 2 foot wide. It caverns under the road slightly and appears to go deeper under the property on 206. Since there is no side walk, people often walk on the grass in that exact area. I walk this way often and first time seeing it this evening.
