BUSHES OVERGROWN CAUSING A PROBLEM TRYING TO PULL OUT ONTO GRIMES LANE. THE GENTLEMAN ORIGINALLY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH "HAND" ABOUT THE BUSHES AND HIGH GRASS. THE OWNERS MOWED THE GRASS BUT THE BUSHES HAVE OVERGROWN ONTO THE SIDEWALK AND THE GENTLEMAN CANNOT GET HIS WHEELCHAIR AROUND THEM.

Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds.
