Tuesday at 3:04pm resident called Diane in Mayor's office talked bad to her, yelled etc.. said we missed her recycle. Diane left us the message for Wed. so we could take care of. I called res. she was VERY nice to me, I told her some one would be there today. 947 actually went back and picked it up, it was a mess, but he took it, and he wrote them up again.

Resident called in and YELLED at me because he was missed, 950 went back and they said it had to be late set out, because they got the one across the street and his next door neighbor. Res said we should have an emergency plan since we have the Christmas tree pickup going on, and we were short handed, was going to call the Mayor's office, I gave him the # to the OOTM. I told him it would be today or by Thurs. We got today.
