Mayor's office received a complaint regarding the alley behind this rental property. Bushes are overgrown into the alley making accessibility and site an issue.

Missed paying her bill on time, rec'd reminder notice, called TCI 1/5, made arrangements to pay on Friday. On Weds, man came to disconnect service. She called office, they told her could avoid disconnect if she gives him a check. He said he could not take a check, only cash and disconnected her. Her daughter took check in, but TCI won't reconnect 'til next week, is charging fee, and told her they had no supervisor she could talk to. Subs. feels she tried to cooperate & is being trtd unfair.
Mr. Tarter had info. to pass on to a detective reg. a crime and says the dispatch office was rude to him when he was trying to help. Tarter continued to call and put through to the same recording and says after the third time the dispatcher, who refused to give his name, called him an "idiot." Tarter then wanted to speak to the dispatch supervisor who denied that the rude behavior took place and told him he would have to speak with Chief Kennedy.
Mr. Cline was transferred to our office from the County. His complaint was that in the Crestmount Housing area where he resides, management is authorizing the use of a spray insecticide being used to kill roaches. The insecticide being used is making many tenants sick; including himself.
