Dr. Colfield called to say that his mother lives at this address and has had a plumber out to see about her sewer which was backing up. Roto Rooter plumbers advised her that the line was broken in several places and probably was broken when the city installed the water main on Henderson St.

customer feels $54 charge is unfair. She signed to have the service turned on in advance but utilities was unable to leave the water on. She called on a saturday to have the water turned on. She feels if she had been more informed about make sure all faucets needed to be off and the possibility of a problem this could have been avoided. The letter has been forwarded to Administration.
SIDE YARD HAS 2 FULL GARBAGE CANS AND SEVERAL BAGS OF TRASH THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR WEEKS. THERE ARE ALSO EMPTY CANS AROUND BACK WITH WATER IN THEM AND COMPLAINTANT IS AFRAID OF MOSQUITOS.

THIS CREATES STANDING WATER FOR OTHER BUSINESS OWNERS TO HAVE TO WALK THROUGH ; WILL CREATE MOSQUITOS; CHEMICALS INTO GROUNDWATER ETC. PUTTING EMPTY DRUMS OF SOLVENT & /OR OIL NEAR THE DUMPSTER..THESE ARE HAZ MAT TYPES OF MATERIALS. SHE HAS ALSO FOUND MICE IN SOME OF THEIR CONTAINERS.
