Citizen stated that brush and weeds are growing over the sidewalk and obstructing the line of sight and pedestrian access. Citizen called to inquire status of compaint and to give additional addresses. Overhanging limbs blocking sidewalk at 3404, 3411, 1318, 3325, 3549, &3511 on Allendale. There is a severe line of sight problem for vehicles traveling south on Elm Street looking to the west on 6th Street. There is bushes/weeds overgrown onto the sidewalk, etc.......
Wilmington Court Condos. There is a large evergreen tree (on Clarizz to the south of the entrance to the condos) that blocks the line of sight and causes traffic turning onto Clarizz from the condo entrance to pull out onto Clarizz to see oncoming traffic. The evergreen has grown over the sidewalk and into the street.
The northwest corner of this intersection has shrubs that are too high and too close to the sidewalk. South bound traffic on Hawthorne cannot see to the west to enter into the intersection safely.
Ms. Wruble stopped by Pubic Works Department to voice her concerns regarding a line of sight problem exiting High Speed Tire Company. She was involved in an accident recently and she stated that she could not properly see oncoming traffic before she pulled out of the parking lot. She also stated that there is no sidewalk for pedestrian use and that cars park on both sides of Madison which also inhibits line of sight.

At the intersection of Clifton and Hillside the bushes are over grown and causing a line of sight problem. Also, the sidewalk on Hillside between Clifton and High is over grown in places causing people/children to have to walk to close to the curb/traffic.
There are tree limbs and bushes overhanging the sidewalk causing a "tunnel" effect. The trees and bushes are also blocking a warning sign for the Fire Station plus a traffic regulatory sign.
There is a line of sight problem at the intersection of 12th St. and N. Walnut St. When turning onto Walnut St., you can't see the oncoming traffic because bushes are overhanging the sidewalk.
