House and property presents unsafe conditions, including: 1) exterior paint chipping (hazardous to young children and pregnant women) 2) unstable stone wall along sidewalk 3) overgrown weeds 4) large tree overhanging neighboring house 5) deteriorating foundation 6) porch seems to be falling away from house 7) overgrown branches on electrical wire 8) deteriorating roof/shingles Example photo provided as attachment.
The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. I have seen this many times and they take no caution about any pedestrians who are walking on a sidewalk right into the path of a flying lit cigarette. I do not feel comfortable approaching these people. Thank you for checking on this ongoing littering problem.
This time I have included a photo. This is how the sidewalk and gutter has been since I moved here a year ago. Disgusting. Note the cigarettes on the sidewalk as those are the ones thrown from the door with complete disregard for people walking in the public right of way. Previous Ureport is #175706. West 16th street between Jackson and Madison has not been cleared of snow as of Sunday, February 21st. Our street is routinely used as a shortcut to avoid the light at 17th and Kinser Pike. We would very much appreciate it if they could get to our street as soon as they are able. Thank you for your time.

Sidewalk needs to be cleared almost fell on the sheet ice thats out there cause they didn't bother to clean their sidewalk.

As of Monday morning at 8:30 am, no attempt has been made to clear snow from the sidewalks at and around the Indiana Railroad bridge over 11th street. In particular, there is a large snowbank blocking the southwest corner of 11th and Fairview (south of the bridge). This is not the only uncleared sidewalk in this area. However, I respectfully request that this location be made a priority for enforcement because (a) this is a well used pedestrian route, (b) this is a known dangerous intersection, (c) the property owner (Indiana Railroad) has a history of being slow to respond.
