This is a part of a sidewalk on Winslow between Henderson and Piccadilly and is on the south side of Winslow. It has been like this for a few years, has been previously reported by me and our HOA at Sherwood Green with nothing done. Many people walk/run/skateboard/bike on this sidewalk. There is a man in a wheel chair who uses this sidewalk. It is particularly hazardous during winter with the ice/snow. Please fix this!
I'd like to request snow removal for the alley that extends east-west off of Rogers between 3rd and 4th streets. I live at 208 S Rogers and my landlord claims it is the city's responsibility to plow it. Thank you!
This sidewalk is often blocked but today it was so bad i had to walk in the street (I'm in the street in the attached photo). Some other parking situation needs to be figured out at the surplus store because there's absolutely no way someone with mobility issues could navigate that most of the time.
There is a paved alley behind the 200 block of South Maple Street that at least 8 residences use as the primary means of entering and exiting their homes. It is impossible for me at 214 1/2 Maple Street to actually exit onto Maple Street because of the narrow drive and the snow accumulation. Please kindly consider plowing this alley.
Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface. These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.
Car parked blocking driveway since early this morning or last night. License plate 746YH and is a tan Hyundai. Not stuck in snow, but several others have tried to access this shared drive (other than myself) and the car is entirely blocking the way.
Hello! I work at WonderLab Science Museum. We were wondering what would be needed to improve a curb that is on the west side of our building in the front. It goes into an alley that school buses use. Bus drives have a very difficult time getting in without hitting the curb. This curb also has an accessibility ramp that does not line up with the rest of the side walk on 4th street going west (due to the entrance to the parking garage of the neighboring residence). The curb cut is currently closer to the alley way than on the corner of the sidewalk. We would like the ramp to moved to the corner of the curb for accessibility and bus movement. An oversized cut on that corner would be ideal. Thank you!
