At the north end of the sidewalk out front, there is a street sign that blocks the sidewalk. Would it be possible to relocate the sign so that it is not in the way of pedestrians? It is dangerous in the dark.
E 10th street is one of the main corridors for access to the university elementary school, whose district covers all the way to the campus view apartment. However, the hill on 10th street and the lack of a sidewalk nor a safe protected bike path make it almost impossible for students and families to access the school without a car. When students walk on this road, it looks perilous. A sidewalk and a protected bike path (not a painted gutter) would ensure the children's accessibility to the school, which can save a lot of money over the years (reducing the school bus operation)and remove a lot of traffic on 10th street (family driving kids to school).

There's a mattress that either fell off a vehicle or from a homeless camp that needs to be removed. It's right off the sidewalk.
I hate to put complain about snow removal, but for some reason when they came down Cambridge they piled a whole load of snow over the storm drain and since everything is melting so quickly it's important to have these cleared. I've cleared the others but this is just too much snow for me to clear. Thank you!
I'm confused. When I go to U Repor for a Sidewalk and Curb problem it shows that case #180502 has been Closed:Resolved even though the sunken curb hasn't been repaired, and Mr. Axsom says that I'm still on the list?
This sidewalk has been broken for FOR OVER 2 YEARS! And it has been reported before. It's been broken for so long you can see the damage on the satellite image you're using lmao. Pretty bad. Not just is the corner broken up into large chunks but going down the sidewalk east on 17th, the sidewalk has been worn down for years as well with no repair. One is walking on sharp pebbles instead of smooth sidewalk. Not sure what it takes for you all to actually give a shit and do something about it. But, y'know, it would be pretty cool if you did.
Is there any talks among city staff about this block on 4th street? Sidewalk on the south side has many spots of being un level due to tree roots while also missing bricks. The road really needs to be paved and have parking line painted in road so cars aren’t double parking at meters. Curbs need to be painted. Do I need to continue? See issue #182770. They just ripped down the citation and left the trash bin on the sidewalk and the bags full of garbage littering the yard. What good is a citation if there is no way to follow up with a fine? These are students who will likely be moving out in a couple months.
