Dead deer needs to be picked up. Location is an access road right off 3rd Street across from Ryans Steak House. Road runs to the side of the Baker dentist office. (thinks its the 4300 block of E 3rd). Said his wife could not get through to Animal Shelter, but doesn't know if she tried to leave a message.
Our office received a call from an individual who reported an issue with a fire hydrant at the address listed. He says he tripped over it and believes it is not up to city code.

Park Ridge East Park is VERY dark at night. And recently has had some night activity making the area feel unsafe. Several residents have mentioned it. Can we PLEASE get a solar LED post or two along the path or a pole light somewhere to add even just a bit of night light there. Thank you.

Hello, Monroe Parks & Rec, This is just an FYI and hopefully an appeal for help. I contacted the sheriff’s office on Sunday, March 29, 2020 and since then the camping site looks to have expanded and the trash in the creek and along the road has increased. If you begin at the parking lot on Country Club and walk south on the gravel road that runs parallel to the trail, it takes about a 4-5 minute walk south to arrive at the spot. It is past the brush and next to the creek. There is a small orange tent and a large blue/green structure (I didn’t get too close), there is also something large in the creek that looks like bedding. Stump of old sign post, very close to corner of Henderson and second, on the sidewalk on the West side of Henderson's sidewalk, north of second. My brother almost broke his toe on it when running to campus. Thanks!
