Storm debris is on the sidewalk on Maple Street in front of a blue 2-story appartment garage under final construction, bc the house is on the corner. The garage is a greyish blue, but the house is yellow. These details are included, because the garage could easily be be mistaken for a separate house. Thank you!

An increasing number of individuals are sleeping on the sidewalk every night along with their belongings. They are shielded from view & passing cars by presence of the tree planter. These people inevitably need to use the bathroom throughout the course of the night and do so on the surrounding properties leaving fecal messes all around - both an unsanitary hazard and burden on those who have to clean it up. In the mornings when they leave the area there is always a sizeable mess of garbage, clothing, personal belongings, needles... left behind on the sidewalk, tree planter ledge and surrounding areas.
I've noticed a lot of people walking from the apartment complex out to the main road on this street and I wanted to send a report to see if someone could either trim the foliage to ensure people can walk on the side of the road or if a sidewalk could be created down South Oakdale Drive to protect pedestrians. A couple of trees fell in the woods that border my property in between 3897 S Claybridge anda the assisted living facility. The house is rented and I don’t know the owners. One of the trees is blocking the sidewalk. Yesterday, I witnessed a mom with a little kid on a trike going into the street to try to get around it with a vehicle having to swerve to not hit them. I am concerned because there are a lot of folks who use the sidewalk and a high level of traffic, which increases the odds of an accident.
