This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). I have seen numerous people trip and one person fell but fortunately was not seriously injured. It is only a matter of time until someone is. The liability is yours. Lime 3038 parked on north side of 4th Street sidewalk. No problem for most of us, but for someone in a wheelchair, using a walker or white cane it could be.
We are having problems with scooters driving on the sidewalk, we would like this parking area removed, it takes valuable space for store sandwich signs (businesses are already struggling) and encourages sidewalk use of scooters. Thank you,

The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? The street hasn't been plowed and I need to get to work. I cannot drive on the street because the snow is too deep.
MRS. Fernandez stated in her email that on the east side North Maple between 8th & 7th Street the sidewalk is covered with grass and its almost impassable. Please contact her after the inspection.
Vegetation is growing over the sidewalk on the Maple Street side of house. Sidewalk is impassible the entire length. You have to walk out in the street. Looks terrible and is a safety issue.

The trees are overgrown and hanging over the sidewalk and roadway. They need to be trimmed. Thank you.
