Utilities workers were out doing work last year and the hole they dug to work on utilities was never filled in. She reported the hole last year, but it was not resolved. The hole is in the median between the street and the sidewalk. It appears like it is has started collapsing.

Hi, I'd like to report a sewer problem. There is a steady stream of water flowing out of a manhole. It leaks across the sidewalk and then onto Rogers where it flows into the storm sewer drain.
