There is sand, from last winter, on a two block area of sidewalk on N Smith Rd, from MorningSide Dr. N, to Grandview Dr. that needs to be cleaned off. There are a lot of bike riders in the area, and the sand could cause someone to "wipe out."
On Storage Express property there is a tree growing across the sidewalk and a bush up against the sidewalk that is overgrown with poison ivy.

Trash and bins are sitting on sidewalk and street blocking the alley and preventing access. Big mess.

Also, right across the street is a sidewalk closed sign that I suspect someone took from somewhere else so you may also want to pick that up. Thanks!
As a long-time rental tenant at 612 N. Lincoln St., I and the neighbor with whom I share this property have been cited at least twice in the past for garbage/public cleanliness violations. Having come home last night from a weekend out of town, I was shocked to see two enormous bags of trash from my neighbors at 610 N. Lincoln St. strewn across the sidewalk in front of my house and down the alley in between our houses. Upon returning home from a long day of work just a moment ago, I have to express my disgust that nothing's been done about it. For a department that is apparently very diligent, it surprises me that this would go unnoticed and uncited. Please send someone to investigate my complaint and cite them, as you have me. At Maker Way and Rogers Street, the B-Line Heights apartments pushed their snow across the street and into the road and have created a bit of a problem. Can someone check it out and let them know this won't work in the future?
I do not think the photo uploaded properly on my last submission. It looks like the B-Line Heights Apartment complex pushed snow from its parking lot into the intersection of Rogers and Maker Way. The turn into Maker Way is probably 40-50% blocked by their snow, as you can see in the photo.
Bushes obstructing sidewalk.
I wanted to propose the addition of a pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection of N Fess Ave and E 10th St. I live in Collins, and when walking between Hillcrest and the general courtyard buildings there are no immediate crosswalks in the area. The addition of white lines, particularly on the west end of this intersection (where there is already a metal grate where the sidewalk meets the road) would be very helpful for residents of Collins and would make the area safer for pedestrians trying to cross the street.
