I will have to spend decent amount of money on this endeavor with them and I don't have any problem paying for travel just to visit their physical office. Resident called in stating recycle was not picked up. Mike Courter went out and picked up. Courter reported that there were two write-ups on the recycling (neither of which had been brought in the office for me to enter) for the items not being properly sorted. Prior to sending someone to a missout at this residence again, check with 939 to make sure they have brought in their tickets for this days route.
After moderate to heavy rain, our storm sewer does not drain properly. Front yard and driveway are flooded regularly. Some drainage work has been done in our neighborhood by the city, but not on Post Rd.
