Residents at Lot #74 are dumping their trash behind their trailer and in the woods directly behind their trailer. They have also been seen dumping their trash in the dumpster at Jackson Heights Apartments.

Trash was not collected, note was left saying it was too heavy and there were no stickers. Citizen says sticker was torn off and put in the can. Says crews always throw the cans around and damage them. Says she was promised a replacement can months ago for "one that they threw away." JA explained that we would not pick up overweight cans, but would check on sticker and replacement can problems.
