They think that the city should be cutting the grass along the road since the area has been bought for the sidewalk.

Weeds are waist high: Turn onto Cherokee Drive, the house on the right, the lot behind the house needs mowed. The PSI sub-station on S. Rogers Street needs mowed. (Thompson factory use to mow this).
