There are wildflowers/grass growing around the stop sign on the northwest corner of Henderson Street and Grimes Lane. It is the property owner's landscaping that has overgrown causing a problem.
John with H.A.N.D. discribed the problem as Vegetation blocking the LOS for eastbound traffic on Allen stopping a Henderson.
If you are going west on Davis and are turning on to Grant you can not see around the weeds at 1001 S. Grant.
neighbor says that a bush in the yard at 210 E. Grimes is blocking their view of the road when they pull out of their driveway

Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. White privacy fence erected, prevents sight of on-coming traffic
Dricoll Street 'T's" into Henderson Street. There is a line of sight problem for those turning off of Driscoll onto Henderson Street. There are tree limbs that partially obstructs the view of oncoming vehicles. The problem is looking both directions but mainly to the North. The yard on the Northwest corner needs to be mowed and has been referred onto HAND.
