(Sitting @ end of driveway) Missed pick-up/trash: Missed trash- is on corner of Harvey Dr & Sunset. Would sitting by the mailbox help trash to not get missed?

Residents do not keep their trash in trash cans. Animals get into the bags and then it blows over onto Orchard Glen's yard and they have to pick it up.

The residents living at the corner of Bell and Westwood are using a seat our of a car as a seat on thier porch. The strip mall that as has Big Red Liq. in it (in Highland Village) has trash in the alleyway that runs beside it. Jerry would like a call back after that inspector takes a look.
