Other/Trash: Was left a notice that she needs sto get a different can - trash not taken. She does not understand what is wrong w/the can. they do not have much $ to buy a new one. Could someone look at & let her know.

In the alley between 601 and 603 W. Wylie the weeds & grass make it almost impossible to drive through without scratching your car. The weeds and grass are coming from the properties at 601 and 603 W. Wylie
The grass is beginning to look terrible. It may not be 8 inches but it is close.
Back yard has not been mowed for at least 2 yrs. (work with Robert on this complaint)
Stove and frig. in yard; back yard full of old junk cars.
Mr. Waters has called and visited numerous times. He feels he should be credited $50 because he was on vacation and did not use that amount of water. His meter was tested and no problems were found. Mr. Waters told that he could not be credited that amount. He wants to appeal to Mike Phillips when he returns.
