Mr & Mrs. Deckard are concerned about the detention basin across Countryside Lane from them. They feel it was not laid out properly and is filling up with sand and could be a future problem, causing water to back up into their yard. They would like us to look at it and see if anything can be done.
Represents Rockport Hills N'hood Assn. Says sidewalks were promised in Rockport Hills and have not been provided. Developer was to provide sidewalks, streetlights and trees. None of it has been done.
Bags/cans must have sticker attached. 950
Cardboards must be flattened and set in bundles. Recycable items not properly sorted. 937
Not out by 5:00 AM. 950 radioed @ 8:05 AM that resident was just setting recy out; crew had already been through neighborhood by 7:40. not sending anyone back to get; too short handed today.

**Address Approx.**Mr Craig stated that where Countryside Lane intersects with Rockport Road there is a line of sight problem. There are evergreen trees that make it difficult to see on coming traffic.
Letter rec'd. from Charles Short stated that tenant at 2355 S. Zona St. left leaving delinquent account at CBU. Does not think he should be responsible for bill since he was not notified of tenant's delinquency.
