On West 17th Street and North Crescent Road there is pothole. The pothole about 10 inches across and is on the north side of the street just as you turn left from West 17th Street to North Crescent Road.

Storm water has broken concrete and asphalt draining under street. Two small holes on either side of inlet. The drain elevation is also a problem on other end.

Trash in bags with out stickers sited by Sanitation - has been in the tree plot for several weeks. Due damage from storm - I do not think anyone is living there.

In a McDoel Gardens Neighborhood meeting a woman that lives on Morton stated that homeless folks are living in the woods off South Morton and West Dodds - trash and tall overgrowth in area.

Location of your Problem: 1215 S. Grant
Details: I want to file a complaint about my neighbors at 1215 S Grant St, Bloomington, 47401. Bags of waste regularly accumulate on their front porch and around the yard and are never tagged and removed on garbage days. The property is owned by a landlord whose name I don't know. Several bags are present on the porch and around the property currently.

Large amount of trash bags piled behind house - you can see them when you turn the corner to approach 1st Street.

Trash, vacuum cleaners, other items in back yard. Neighbor has complained that raccoons are bringing the trash into their yards. Landlady has given permission to go onto property. Also check sewer cleanout cap on N/Side, ceiling siding near front entry, and grass length.
