Citizen says that Recycling truck goes over her driveway and keeps breaking concrete. Understands they have a hard time turning around because its a cul-de-sac but had to pay $250 to fix it last year, and it almost needs it again. She MAY file a claim with Risk depending on our action. KEN: I need you to look at this and see if its possible to avoid going over the driveway, or if its possible to use another piece of equipment that could make the turn more easily (split packer?).

Line of Sight

The line of sight problem is at the intersection of Heather Drive and the east leg of Laurel Court. When you travel south on Laurel Court and approach the intersection with Heather Drive, there is no stop sign on the right side and the stop sign on the left side is obstructed by tree branches. Mr. McCafferty called in to comment on four Bloomington Police Officers on bicycles that were near People's Park on E. Kirkwood Avenue. He said the officers were stopping people on skateboards and he said he saw no reason why there should be that many officers in one place. The call was made from a pay phone at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 1997
