Lady has called again about the same complaint and nothing has been done and no tickets have been written.

5-8-2012--Resident called in and spoke with Kevin Fulford noting that yard waste was missed. Fulford was not aware that resident was written up and told resident we would be out to pick it up. Larry Sparks and Bob Chambers went out and picked up the smaller items but left the underweight items as well as the large limbs that were not bundled.
