Tony Berlin called to complain about the grass at this property getting to high, then the owner mows and lets all his grass trash blow all over neighborhood. Tony has tried to talk to the owner to ask him to pick up the trash and grass when he is finished, but he refuses.
Neighbor reports old carpet in front yard, and old furniture stacked under the carport and outside the carport.
This is the 3rd or 4th house off of 3rd Street/entrance Longview Trailer Park. Dirk stated that there is approximately 3/4 pickup truck load of trash on the porch and another 3/4 load at the side of the house.
This address has received at least 2 notices already this year regarding the trash being too heavy. The crews left another notice today because the can was about 100-120 lbs and full of water. Can HAND please send a notice.
The grass is too tall. It is at least past your knees. There are dead tree branches in the backyard. The place is pretty unsightly.
