BARKLEY HAD TO PAY OUT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AND MAKE THE APTS. LIVABLE FOR HER TENANTS. MS. BARKLEY FEELS THAT SHE SHOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR HER EXPENDITURES. SHE DOES NOT KNOW IF CREW WAS COB, CBU, OR PRIVATE.

During the month of July, Insight trimmed back branches away from their equipment. The equipment was left unsecured and the branches left. After a few phone calls to Insight, the box was secured, however, the branches have not be removed. Please see the attached memo for detailed information regarding this complaint.
