Owner wants the dumpster sitting in front of 845 Sherwood Hills Drive removed. She was told that the dumpster would be removed when she purchased the condo. She was told that "the dumpster would be zoned to another location".

Two very large pine trees block the view going into the curve on N. Orris Drive. There have almost been numerous accidents, because of the lack of sight from the overgrown trees into the street/curb.
