this property has been vacant for 25 years. the house is falling away from the chimney. there are holes in the foundation. There are tree limbs that are hanging into Summit Street between house numbers 600-612. Bobby C., Streets, looked at the problem. The problem is with the 2nd tree south of 11th Street on the east side of Summit. The tree is in the homeowners front yard. Streets can cut the tree but they will probably kill it. (Barry, talk with Bobby Chestnut at Street and then with the owner and see if you can work out some deal on this tree)

Young man had an encounter w/yellow city truck #681 between 6th and 7th Streets on Walnut, at 11:10 a.m. on January 15. Citizen claims he honked at delivery truck blocking road and city truck driver parked, got out of truck, walked toward citizen's car, yelling obcenities and finally pounded on citizens truck hood, asking what he was doing. I notified Tom Staley and he investigated immediately, however, the action order system has been down and this could not be entered until now.
