trash scattered through the yard
Neighbor is complaining about the rumpke dumpster that has been out in the front of this house for weeks now. They have also put the hot water heater out on the sidewalk and it has been there for 2 weeks.
Neighbor called to complain about this yard having cans piled up in the yard along with other trash.
This address was left a notice that they could not use the orange county trash bags but needed to sticker their trash. Mr. Milton stated that the crews picked it up last week without stickers. I explained the trash program to him and stated that we would go ahead and pick the bags up this time but that he would need to use trash stickers from now on.
The residents are leaving trash cans at the curb. They are now leaving trash in the cans.
Citizen stated that the recycling was not picked up yesterday and now it is all over the sidewalk making it difficult for pedestrians to walk through this area. This address was left a notice by sanitation crews that the recycling was not sorted and that there was trash mixed in with it.
There is trash, newspapers and junk all over this yard.
There is a hudge pile of trash in the yard. The tenants have put up a little fence up and put the trash behind it. However, the residents behind the property can still see it. Ms. Booe has also noticed 2 large rats around the trash, some of the bags have been torn open. The property is located beside the "cash on time" store on south walnut street.
The front porch has trash scattered all over it and there are some cans left out at the curb. He also claims that there are to many tenants her. There are 6 names on the mailbox.
