Caller said there is 7 bags of trash beside the porch (have to get out of the car) at the duplex (brick front and concrete drive) on South Madison Street; going south; before Wilson St.

The neighbor states that there is approximately 3 pickup loads of trash in the backyard. There are several car/truck tires in the back. The resident is always working on cars/trucks and when the wind blows the gas fumes come into the neighbor's house. The backyard is almost like a junkyard.
the yard is very littered the shrubs along the south side of the lot have caught alot of litter.
Neighbor called says that the yard is a mess with trash, old cars, and tires piled in the yard.
The tenants put their trash out without any tags. It never gets picked up.

Trash pickup is on Friday's. The trash is always left next to the house and is not put out on trash days. Animals are getting into the trash.
Mr. Young came into the office to report that the residents at this address have let the trash go for at least 3 months or so and it isn't getting any better. It has accumulated in that time and is looking bad.
