sent to hand. did speak to resident about problem with getting trash right. she is going to attempt to break trash down to less than 40lbs. we have pulled stickers each week so i told her i am not going to require her to re-sticker...but she needs to get it correct and we will pick it up. courtesy p.u.

The complaint is at the old Kenlawn Garden Ctr in the 500 block of N Smith -- weeds and grass. Weeds especially bad on sidewalk around the bus stop.
