There is a tree on E. Moore's Pike just east of the intersection with Olcott Blvd. that obstructs the view as one exits Olcott onto Moore's Pike. This is in the tree plot and makes it difficult to judge oncoming traffic @ the top of the hill to the east.

Several trees on east side of Park Ridge East by commercial buildings along sidewalk are overgrown and not only prevent pedestrians from walking on sidewalk but pedestrians trying to cross Park Ridge toward Hagan are unable to see traffic going north on Park Ridge. Trees need to be trimmed.

When you travel south on Laurel Court and approach the intersection with Heather Drive, there is no stop sign on the right side and the stop sign on the left side is obstructed by tree branches.
